How do I order?

 

Place all wanted items in your cart and checkout with your preferred payment method. After an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Processing takes 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Friday while weekend orders process the next business day. After an order is processed you will receive an email with all tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before contacting us.

 

 

How long will it take to get my order?

 

It takes 24 - 48 hours to process orders placed Monday through Friday, if your order is placed Friday after 8 am PST your order will not be processed until the next business day. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when paying for Priority Shipping. Processing + Shipping times = Estimated Delivery time (6-12 days working day).

 

Will you be getting any more of "X" item in stock?

 

All items are available in limited quantities. We try our hardest to restock popular styles but restocks are not guaranteed.

 

How much is this item in pounds, etc.?

 

Please do not ask us to convert USD to your local currency, we do not want to mislead you. Please search for a currency converter online.

  

Can I cancel my order?

 

Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the transaction.

 

 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

 

We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

 

Can I change an item in my order?

 

Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes to the products you ordered.

 

I am an international customer, why do I have to pay to receive my package?

 

Unfortunately, this is not in our control. Each country has different customs regulations. We are not obligated to pay for customs, this is to be paid by you if your country requires it. Please contact your country's customs office for more information before ordering.

 

Why didn't I get a confirmation or tracking email?

 

You may have provided an incorrect email address. Email us here with your full name and shipping address to fix the issue.

Why didn't I receive an invoice in my package?

 

In an effort to play our part in reducing waste and preserving our planet Menochic has embraced a cut back on unnecessary paper and plastic packaging with our products. To begin, all orders should be followed with a confirmation email with your order details rather than a paper receipt, and we are happy to assist you if you did not receive this email. As we test out new packaging methods in order to fulfill our goal, there may be changes in how your items are delivered to you, but we are grateful for your patience as we provide the same great service and products while aspiring to make our world a better place.
